Curated for Educators,

Supporting educators & administrators to create a culture of wellness in & out of the classroom that fosters thriving learning communities
Lyne is an educator wellness expert with over two decades of experience and as a certified life coach, she understands the challenges educators and administrators face in today's demanding educational landscape, from grappling with systemic frustrations to navigating the complexities of extreme student behaviours and the exhaustion accompanying these struggles.
Statistics will show you it’s time we address educator wellness. According to People of Education, 90% of principals struggled with chronic staff shortages, and two-thirds of principals surveyed found their stress levels at work unmanageable. Canadian Teachers Federation found that 97% of participants experienced increased physical, mental, and emotional workload and job demands during the school year. The time for wellness is now.
The antidote to these systemic problems is uplifting all educators by teaching them how to create balance and boundaries while building vision and creating thriving learning communities. Lyne curated three workshop experiences that do that. Each workshop is rooted in self-development and empowerment, and practices to create thriving learning communities. Get Unstuck, Leading Together and Navigating Your First Five Years are differentiated to meet the needs of these three education groups: educators, new teachers and administrators and can be further customized after a booking has been made.
The workshops are informations and divided into interactive sessions covering areas of focus based on research, data-collection and Lyne’s experiences facilitating hundreds of educators:
